2. Client Responsibilities

• Project Information: You agree to provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner to facilitate the completion of the Services.
• Approvals and Deadlines: You are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables within the agreed timeframe. Delays in providing feedback or approvals may result in project delays.
• Content and Materials: You warrant that you have the rights to use any content, images, or other materials you provide to us for inclusion in your website or branding materials.

3. Payment Terms

• Pricing and Payment: You agree to pay the fees specified in the proposal or invoice provided by Kreamor. 
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in a delay in project delivery or additional charges.
• Payment Methods: We accept payment via paystack, bank transfer..

4. Revisions and Changes

• Revisions: The Services include 7 of revisions as detailed in the proposal. Additional revisions may incur additional charges.
• Scope Changes: Any changes to the project scope after the agreement will be subject to additional charges and may affect the delivery timeline.

5. Project Timelines

• Estimated Delivery: We will provide an estimated project completion date. This date may be adjusted due to changes in project scope, delays in receiving required materials, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Rush Projects: Rush projects may incur additional fees and must be agreed upon in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Upon full payment, you will own the final website, branding materials, or other deliverables. Kreamor reserves the right to display the work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
• Third-Party Licenses: Any third-party software or tools used in the project are subject to their respective licenses. You are responsible for complying with these licenses.

7. Confidentiality

• Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, trade secrets, or other sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
• Exceptions: This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

8. Termination

• By Client: You may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice. Any payments made prior to termination are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any work completed up to the date of termination.
• By Kreamor: We reserve the right to terminate the project if you breach these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our business.

9. Limitation of Liability

• No Warranty: Kreamor provides services “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Liability Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kreamor’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Services.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court.

Kreamor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and your continued use of our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
